(LifeSiteNews) – The COVID theater curtain is closing, and nothing makes it more obvious than a recent interview with Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Although couched in giggles and approval-seeking glances, Walensky’s remarks last week to an interviewer at Washington University School of Medicine reveal an astonishing level of ignorance and incompetence at the top levels of pandemic response.

The full interview is available to watch here, but a 45-second clip (see below) which went viral on social media this week captures the essence of what the CDC director said.

“I can tell you where I was when the CNN feed came that it was 95% effective – um, the vaccine,” Walensky said.

“So many of us wanted to be hopeful. So many of us wanted to say, ‘Okay, this is our ticket out, right? Now, we’re done,” she added, tucking her hair behind her ear and giggling.

“So, I think we had perhaps too little caution and too much optimism for some good things that came our way, I really do,” Walensky said, looking about her and nodding.

“I think all of us wanted this to be done. Nobody said ‘waning.’ When, when… ‘Oh this vaccine’s gonna work. Oh well, maybe it will wear off,’” she giggled.

“Nobody said, ‘Well what if …it’s not as potent against the next variant?”

Why was the CDC head getting her vaccine data from ‘CNN feed’?

Where to start in unpacking this gobsmacking level of incompetence from the director of one of the most funded, prestigious, and powerful health agencies in the world, addressing what ostensibly was the most dangerous pandemic in generations?

First, why was the hair-flipping director of the CDC getting her information about the new COVID vaccine efficacy from her “CNN feed”? Isn’t the CDC supposed to be sorting the data from the drug companies with a fine-tooth comb? A watchdog for the public’s health should be on the lookout for miscalculations and mistakes, no? Not to mention misdeeds from companies with criminal records for hiding their bad evidence and bodies while they rake in profits. The CDC exists to scrutinize industry and to protect the public. Not to get Pfizer data second-hand from a news “feed.” Not to mention a discredited, failing, news source in the pay of the pharmaceutical company it is reporting about.

Besides that her remark that she could “remember where I was” when she heard the Pfizer report of vaccine efficacy (sort of like you remember where you were when the planes hit the twin towers or you heard the news Elvis died) is cringe-inducing, Pfizer’s efficacy was wildly distorted. Because the lying pharmaceutical corporation was just doing what they’ve always done, jigging the data to make the product sell. And boy did they ever jig the data. And Walensky must have known.

They used “Relative Risk Reduction” (comparing a large vaccinated to a large unvaccinated group) to sell a scientifically illiterate public what they would understand to be “Absolute Risk Reduction.” A difference of 95% versus 0.84%. Try telling people that their COVID shots reduced their overall chance of getting COVID by 0.84%. It doesn’t sell so much. But if you sell them a relative risk reduction of 95% based on meaningless clinical trial data, you can sell. And Rochelle Walensky of the CDC was buying it first, because she “wanted it to be” so.

The fact that the director of the CDC got her information about Pfizer’s so-called efficacy from the Corrupt News Network should shock and alarm anyone who says “trust the science,” but her remark that she had “perhaps too little caution and too much optimism” is a huge understatement.

It was Walensky’s job to think of waning vaccine efficacy and new variants

Second is Walensky’s incredible statement that “Nobody said ‘waning.’” Nobody – meaning no CNN talking head – mentioned waning vaccine efficacy, the significant problem that the vaccine against COVID might fade or might not work against variants of the virus.

What’s stunning is it is Walenky’s job to think of waning vaccine efficacy and variant scenarios. It’s the very function of a center for disease control to consider all the possible outcomes, risks, pitfalls, and dangers of different medical interventions. It’s not Don Lemon’s job.

Not only was this lost on Walensky, but she has forgotten – or is pretending – that her agency and the administration didn’t stridently censor anyone – including very well-credentialed scientists – who mentioned the risks of “leaky” or “non-sterilizing” vaccines losing efficacy against variants or even aiding the creation of more deadly pathogens.

There was vaccine developer Geert Vanden Bossche and Nobel Prize-winning scientist Luc Montagnier who said as much, for example. In response, the agencies of Walensky and her cronies Tony Fauci and Francis Collins screeched “misinformation” and made sure those conversations were blacked out on the legacy media while independent news media like LifeSiteNews kicked off of social media platforms for printing what “nobody said.”

But they wanted it to be true. Trust the science.

The nightmare predictions of failing immunity among the vaccinated appear to be realizing before our eyes

So, what else does Walensky think “nobody said”? If by CNN and the shill legacy media she means “nobody,” then nobody said anything about pathogenic priming or antibody-dependent enhancement and other known risks to coronavirus vaccines, about myocarditis, about 25,000 deaths in the adverse events reports, about collapsing athletes, about sudden deaths in nursing homes, or soaring reports of neurological disorders following the shots. Nobody said anything that Pfizer and Moderna and Bill Gates didn’t want them to say.

Body language experts might analyze Walensky’s coquettish hair-tucking and repetitive nodding and glancing around, as self-soothing and approval seeking – or nervous blame-casting, as the grim realization starts to dawn on some of those who heeded her advice or were forced to submit to her recommended injection mandates.

Because she wanted them to work. But they don’t.

Walensky’s “nobody said” sounds like a pre-teen babysitter saying, “but nobody said to take the kids outside if the building was burning. If you told me…”

Who exactly was she waiting for orders from? Brian Stelter? Pfizer? Fauci? Or higher up? Bill Gates, maybe?

In truth, Walensky must have known quite early on that there were big problems with the jabs. The CDC announced it would stop counting “breakthrough infections” – which was just code language for vaccine failure – just months after the rollout began. Then it was confirmed recently that it wasn’t reporting relevant data at all because it didn’t want the public to lose confidence in the plan. Which really meant that the public shouldn’t have confidence in the plan because the experts could see the vaccine was failing but kept making people, including children, take it anyway.

With such gaping holes in the data from Walensky’s agency, people might look now to the U.K., which has been publishing data on its soaring COVID cases and deaths – the vast majority of which are among fully vaccinated, and especially “boosted,” individuals. The nightmare predictions of failing immunity among the vaccinated appear to be realizing before our eyes.

Will Walensky laugh about myocarditis and other life-threatening side effects?

There are also the concerning reports of rising unexplained mortality in the young, and of course, the damning data that Pfizer has been forced to release by court order, showing hidden and minimized side effects and unreported deaths from the novel gene-modifying spike-producing shots.

Is Walensky going to continue to giggle and pretend she didn’t know as more children develop inflammatory heart disease and autoimmune conditions and as more people develop the 1,291 known possible adverse events on Pfizer’s list?

As with Kamala Harris, you get the feeling watching Walensky blather, that here is another strike against the Biden administration. Walensky, like smirky Kamala, is neither competent nor does she understand the job.

The vice president shocked people when she was asked on the syndicated “Morning Hustle” program recently to explain the Ukraine conflict “in layman’s terms for people who don’t understand what’s going on and how this can directly affect the people of the United States.”

“So, Ukraine is a country in Europe,” Harris began, speaking slowly as if to preschoolers on Sesame Street.

“It exists next to another country called Russia,” she continued. “Russia is a bigger country. Russia is a powerful country. Russia decided to invade a smaller country called Ukraine. So, basically, that’s wrong, and it goes against everything that we stand for.”

Like Walensky, you get the feeling that Kamala isn’t just dumbing down things so the public can understand, but that this is her understanding of the crisis. Trust the government. Trust the science.

Things may just get a lot worse before they get better – before we recover from the Biden administration’s global actions and public health’s catastrophic pandemic lockdowns and forced vaccines.

We must never let these crimes against humanity happen again

“America’s Governor,” Florida’s Ron DeSantis, hosted a panel discussion of doctors titled The Curtain Close on COVID Theater last week. Experts from Oxford epidemiologist and a founder of the Great Barrington Declaration, Sunetra Gupta and molecular virologist and pathologist Robert Malone, to Yale University epidemiologist Harvey Risch and Stanford University professor of health policy Jay Bhattacharya conducted a sort of post-mortem of the devastating pandemic responses of bureaucrats and health officials.

One day “lockdowns” will be spoken as a “dirty word,” Bhattacharya said, at which we should “recoil in horror” for the “catastrophic” damage and suffering they inflicted.

Joseph Fraiman, an emergency room physician from Louisiana, apologized to some of the other doctors on the panel that he didn’t see what they were saying from the beginning – that he had believed the media and public health lies.

They spoke of the as-yet uncounted damage, especially to children, from masks and vaccines, of the “mind-boggling” denial of basic scientific concepts such as “natural immunity,” and a “dark period of scientific censorship.”

“There’s where we sit now,” said Gupta. “Watching the devastation.”

DeSantis joked at a separate press conference that amid the dissolving COVID narrative of the legacy media echoed by the Walenskys of the world, COVID czar Anthony Fauci had gone into a Witness Protection Plan. He has vanished from the media and public landscape.

Leaked audio reveals Francis Collins, formerly of the National Institutes for Health, has been giggling about the people who listened to his threats to take injections against their will. Giggling about his crimes against humanity like Walensky.

As we mark the two-year anniversary of the “15 days to slow the spread,” Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo said to the Florida panel, “One thing that’s very important at this point is to not let these people get away with it.”

“The people that have led us to the point [where] we are, they want us to forget how we got here, and they want us to forget that their choices that they made for everyone were the wrong choices that basically led to no appreciable benefit. We cannot let them forget,” Ladapo said.” We have to hold them accountable.”

“We have to let our country, let the world know what the truth is, because it can happen again if we don’t.”

Because if we don’t, it will happen again, and sooner than we think.
