October 23, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) – The stories are crazy, but 100% true: Some male prisoners convicted of sexual crimes are taking advantage of the transgender revolution by identifying as female.
One rapist identified as a female, got himself sent to a women’s prison, and promptly launched a spree of sexual assault against the female prisoners who were locked in with him—and he’s not the only one to pull that trick. A father who sexually assaulted his daughter also decided to identify as female, and both the courts and the media obediently referred to him as a woman. Other men are identifying as women to try and get lighter prison sentences.
As it turns out, these stories aren’t bizarre outliers. Men identifying as women is turning into a trend, and this is being done with the full endorsement of British police forces. According to a recent investigation by the Daily Mail, six police forces, including those of South Yorkshire and Thames Valley, “are now allowing male rapists to be recorded as female if they no longer want to identify with their sex at birth.” These forces have actually gone so far as allocating these sex offenders with the gender they choose “on their official database, which is used by the Home Office.” The constabularies of Durham, Kent, Norfolk, and Suffolk indicated that they also record whichever gender is requested.
These policies were exposed by the women’s rights organization Fair Play for Women, who filed a Freedom of Information request to dig into the issue. Spokeswoman Nicola Williams of Fair Play for Women was understandably appalled by their findings, noting that “You can’t get much more of a male crime than rape. It would be highly offensive to a woman who was raped to have it written down that her attacker was female when clearly that was a male with a penis.” In fact, the Mail pointed out: “Rape is defined as ‘intentional penetration…of another person with a penis’ without consent according to the Sexual Offences Act. Females cannot be charged with rape, but could instead face other sexual ‘offence’ charges.”

The police forces, of course, defended their new policies, which they must have found time to draft in between all their hard work scanning Twitter for comments that display insufficient enthusiasm for the transgender agenda. The South Yorkshire Police stated: “We will accept the details that an individual provides us and treat them accordingly.” In other words, actual reality means nothing, and even your identification means nothing—the cops will take you at your word. The Thames Valley Police also stated that male sex offenders identifying as women would only be referred to as females in their system, as did Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Dyfed-Powys, and North Wales.
The National Police Chiefs’ Council confirmed that they support these policy changes, and stated that “How gender is recorded is a matter for each individual force. However, as a general rule, we will accept the details that an individual provides us and treat them accordingly.” In short, should a violent male rapist or pedophile decide to identify as female in order to get a lighter sentence, avoid certain charges, or even get locked up in proximity to a fresh supply of victims—women who cannot even escape them due to their imprisonment—the National Police Chiefs Council fully supports their right to do so. Gender ideology trumps everything—biology, common sense, justice, and even the safety of real women.
We’ve already seen how these policies work out. Women have already been sexually assaulted by male rapists who identified as female and were sent to a women’s prison as a result, despite the fact that everybody involved in the process were fully aware of the fact that it was a male criminal that they were dealing with. But at the end of the day, police forces are now more terrified of a handful of trans activists than they are of female prisoners getting assaulted by male rapists identifying as females. As the feminists are discovering, there has been a re-ordering of the rankings on the progressive totem pole—and women are sliding to the bottom.
