CONDOMS SHOWN TO BE USELESS AGAINST HPV EPIDEMIC

Massive Ignorance of HPV Thanks to Condom Pushers

WASHINGTON, DC, Sept 23 (LSN) – One of the most common and most deadly sexually transmitted diseases, human pampillomavirus (HPV), is little known by most Canadians and Americans, since condom-pushing purveyors have all but ignored the disease. The U.S. Family Research Council, however, held a press conference yesterday to raise awareness of this deadly virus.

In presenting the FRC paper, “The Human Papillomavirus Epidemic: Condoms Don’t Work,” Robert Knight questioned why “Planned Parenthood and its allies give scant, if any, attention to (HPV), the most prevalent STD in this country.” Knight also said the truth about HPV will put an end to the myth of “safe sex.”

“Only one per cent of teens aged 15 to 17 and adults aged 18 to 44 can name human papillomavirus as a sexually transmitted disease. Yet, this disease infects an estimated 24 million Americans and is the cause of over 90 per cent of all cervical cancer, the number two cause of cancer deaths among women,” Knight, the Family Research Council’s senior director of cultural studies, said Wednesday.

A research paper on HPV from Health Canada confirms that, “Human papillomaviruses are implicated in the pathogenesis of cancer of the uterine cervix, which is the second most common cause of cancer and cancer death in women worldwide.” Health Canada notes further that “barrier contraceptives, which have been successful in reducing transmission of many sexually transmitted diseases, do not appear to be effective in preventing HPV infection.”
