(LifeSiteNews) — Eleven physicians who suffered serious injuries from their COVID-19 injections have gone public, urging federal agencies and other doctors to recognize the risks posed by the experimental drugs, conduct thorough investigations, and provide transparency to all those considering taking the shots, according to a story published by the Catholic World Report on Monday.

“The harms they have been reporting are not redness at the injection site. The harms are all serious,” wrote attorney Aaron Siri of the law firm Siri Glimstad in a letter on behalf of the physicians.

“To avoid future harms from this vaccine and to heal the doctors’ patients, and in some cases to heal themselves, research is critically needed to understand how the Covid-19 vaccine is causing these harms,” he said.

Siri, whose law firm has spent the past year fighting vaccine mandates, stated that if federal agencies fail to properly acknowledge the dangers of mass vaccination and adequately inform the public, his firm is set to pursue legal action against the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

In a letter addressed to high-ranking public health leaders in the HHS, CDC, and FDA, Siri attached the signed declarations of the vaccine-injured doctors, who described in detail their varied adverse reactions to the shots.

Serious effects reported by the physicians that occurred to themselves or their patients included small fiber neuropathy, constant shakiness to muscles, paresthesia, tinnitus, balance difficulties, fatigue, menstrual cycle irregularities, hair loss, persistent numbness and tingling in hand, cognitive impairment, and weakness.

According to Siri, “[e]ach of these harms has been confirmed, based on the clinical judgment of the patient’s treating physician, as being caused by a Covid-19 vaccine,” and the doctors’ identities and credentials were fully verified prior to the inclusion of their statements in the letter.

Siri noted that the physicians’ experiences with the shots are not isolated events but contribute to a growing body of vaccine injury data that should raise alarm bells as to the purported safety and efficacy of the jabs.

The attorney noted that side effects reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) represent only a small portion of the likely real-world injuries, referencing a Harvard Pilgrim Health Care study that tracked 715,000 patients over three years and found that ‘fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported.”

To illustrate the problem, the attorney compared a CDC statement, which said “Anaphylaxis after COVID-19 vaccination is rare and occurred in approximately 2 to 5 people per million vaccinated in the United States based on events reported to VAERS,” with a Mass General Brigham study that “found severe reactions consistent with anaphylaxis occurred at a rate of 2.47 per 10,000 vaccinations.”

“This is equivalent to 50 to 120 times more cases than what VAERS and the CDC are reporting,” Siri said.

Meanwhile, data from VAERS released last month show that between Dec. 14, 2020 and October 22, 2021, 837,595 total adverse events after COVID-19 vaccinations were reported to VAERS, including 17,619 deaths and 127,457 serious injuries.

Writing “with the utmost urgency on behalf of physicians from across this country,” Siri said the 11 physicians have not only suffered vaccine injuries themselves, but treated numerous patients with serious and even ultimately fatal vaccine injuries.

One of the physicians who signed a declaration was a Texas dermatologist who attested to being “fully vaccinated” and “one of the first to get the vaccine.”

She said she has now “developed small fiber neuropathy,” “lost my pinprick and temperature sensation of bilateral extremities,” and suffers from “a constant shakiness to muscles upon movement” after vaccination.

Previously an “extremely healthy and very active adult,” the dermatologist said “I have no doubt that my medical symptoms were caused by the vaccine.”

Another physician, Danice Hertz, a gastroenterologist and board-certified medical doctor who retired last year, stated she “suffered a life-threatening and life-altering severe reaction 30 minutes after receiving the first dose of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine.”

“Prior to receiving this vaccine, I was a healthy and very active person with no pertinent preexisting conditions,” she said. “I have suffered from severe and painful paresthesias in my face, head and body and have been incapacitated for 10 months. I have suffered from tremors, twitching, internal vibrations, the feeling of a tight constricting band around my chest, loud tinnitus, blurred vision, dizziness and imbalance, weakness and headaches since receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.”

Hertz said she has filed multiple reports to VAERS, VSAFE, and Pfizer, and reached out many times to the heads of the FDA, CDC, Pfizer, and section chiefs at the NIH without appropriate response. According to Hertz, she now retains “93 pages of emails that prove a clear lack of appropriate action by these agencies.”

“It is time that we, the COVID-19 vaccine injured, no longer be ignored and vilified,” Hertz said. “A group of very sick and injured people in this country are being treated very poorly and with complete lack of dignity and empathy. It is time for this to stop.”

In another statement, a physician attested that one of his patients, a person in their 60s, developed dyspnea two weeks after taking the Pfizer vaccine and ultimately passed away.

“They were diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis, which on CXR and CT imaging (and also clinically) rapidly progressed over the next few weeks until this patient ultimately expired. This patient was well established with their primary care physician previously with no previous pulmonary history. There is no alternative explanation for this patient’s acute and progressive pulmonary fibrosis,” the physician said.

Another physician who provided a signed statement was a board-certified pediatrician working with Kaiser Permanente who holds a Doctor of Medicine degree and a fellowship in the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

The pediatrician stated she has experienced numbness and tingling in both hands for nine months since she got her first Moderna shot, and a worsening of symptoms leading to a “frozen shoulder” after her second dose.

In addition to her own symptoms, the pediatrician said she treated three children who suffered serious effects from their vaccinations with the Pfizer jab.

Among the symptoms she noted in the children and reported to VAERS were fever, lymphadenopathy (swelling of the lymph nodes), lower extremity pain, fatigue, chills, diarrhea, tinnitus, and auditory hallucinations. She also noted that several parents told her their daughters have experienced irregular menstrual cycles with heavy blood clots after getting the Pfizer shot.

“We cannot just throw children under the bus and say they need to get the COVID-19 vaccination for the sake of the rest of society. We must put their needs and health first, especially when we don’t know the long-term side effects,” she said.

According to Siri, the testimonies of those harmed by the shots are ones that public health leaders have not “taken seriously and remain unaddressed.”

Siri said the physicians who have come forward “stand to lose an incredible amount coming forward – their income, jobs, careers, privacy, etc. But they do so to put the interest of the public and of their patients ahead of their own. We ask you to do the same.”

“It is understandable that you would not want to admit that a product you have authorized, approved, and widely promoted caused harm, but we implore you to have the moral fortitude to rise above your personal interests,” Siri said.

In the conclusion of the attorney’s letter, he called upon public health leaders to affirm that the harms detailed by the physicians are accurate, meet with the doctors for “the purpose of discussing and devising the research needed to uncover the mechanism of injury for these harms and the steps necessary to discover effective treatments,” and “allocate 1% of all funding that HHS and its agencies have with regard to Covid-19 toward identifying the mechanisms of injury from Covid-19 vaccines and preventing and treating such injuries.”

If the agencies named in the letter fail to “fulfill your duties as public servants and meet these exceedingly reasonable requests,” Siri stated that he intends “to take all available legal action” in response and issue “an appeal to the American people to force political change on this issue.”
