PHOENIX, Sept 21 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The 14-year-old girl who was ordered by an Arizona judge to have an out-of-state late-term abortion while over 24 weeks pregnant has returned to the state after the killing of her baby. On Monday, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge William Sargeant ordered that the girl live in a state-run group home and be returned to the custody of Child Protective Services, since she was made a ward of the court just prior to her abortion.
Extended family members report they are upset at not being allowed to have contact with her and are concerned for her mental state.
