(LifeSiteNews) – With just 5 days left in our Fall Fundraising Campaign, we have raised only $151,177 of our absolutely minimum $500,000 goal.

Our many new readers may not be aware that LifeSiteNews is a 100% grassroots, reader-funded organization. This means there are no political or religious groups, corporations, or other outsiders that financially influence what we report on or how we report on it.

Our mission is simple: report the truth, no matter what the cost, and your support gives us the crucially needed freedom to do so.

Over the years, our Leadership team and Board of Directors have had to grapple with many situations and events that, were we to report on them, could potentially result in major loss of support by some readers.

We realized we nevertheless had to go ahead and publish those reports because we had enough verified information and understanding of the situation that told us the truth had to get out.

Every time, it has proven to be the right thing to do as other news outlets eventually caught up to us confirming the legitimacy of those reports.

The position of LifeSiteNews is unique in that we are both shining a light through our news reporting and offering many opportunities to cause significant change to happen.

Please consider partnering with us today and joining our growing army of supporters who are helping to make a true and lasting impact in the culture.

Because we have become more than just a unique and unusually reliable news agency, when you partner with us it is a special opportunity to support culture-changers such as faithful clergy, pro-life warriors, pro-family politicians and heroic, principled frontline workers, including physicians, that through our efforts are finding the support they need more than ever before.

At a time when many wonder, “Am I doing enough?” we see courageous men and women rising to the challenge. Modern day Davids are standing up against their Goliaths.

And it’s our readers who make this possible!

I’d like to share one incredible story with you, of how the generosity of our readers has made a huge impact in the life of one such culture changer:

Father Innocent Sunu serves on the edge of the Sambisa Forest where Boku Harem unleashes its mayhem on Christians and kills them for their faith. Father Innocent voluntarily took an assignment at a church where the five previous priests had been kidnapped and murdered by Boku Harem. His village is desperately poor and under constant attack by the terrorists.

Through LifeFunder, a peer-to-peer fundraising project of LifeSiteNews, our community of readers came together to provide both materially (through funding) and spiritually (through prayers) for Father Innocent.

Our video team invested time and resources into producing a professional and moving video featuring Father Innocent in Nigeria to tell his story.

In the video Father Innocent shares, “We are able to bring succor and comfort to the people. What you do for us is tremendous. What you do for us is unbelievable. Continue what you are doing. Do not stop. Some of these people are smiling because of you.”

And Father Innocent isn’t the only hero our community of readers have rallied to support. So far, $1.5 million dollars has been raised by LifeSite readers for everyday heroes like Father Innocent and others who are facing grave persecution for standing for the truth in various ways.

By making the decision to support our mission today, you will be impacting countless lives in a real and tangible way.

Please consider a gift of $1,000, $500, $250, $100, or even $50 today. More culture-changers are rising to the challenge, but they need the LifeSite platform and voice to get their message out far and wide.

You have the power to ensure that LifeSiteNews not only continues to exist, but expands its reach and unique influence around the world. You can do more than you know, impacting countless lives in a tangible way.

Please consider a donation today. Any amount helps in bringing us closer to our goal and will ensure we are able to keep fighting and sharing our mission.

Thank you in advance for your generosity. I hope you will join us on the battlefield today.
