PHOENIX, Arizona, Jan 13 (LifeSiteNews.com)  Abortionist John Biskind and abortuary administrator Carol Stuart of the now closed A-Z Women’s Center were indicted on manslaughter charges Monday in the death of a former patient. Last March, LouAnne Herron, a mother whose child Biskind aborted, bled to death after Biskind punctured her uterus during the procedure. State health officials revealed that the victim was not given emergency medical attention for three hours after the abortion and that Biskind had left the abortuary in spite of her condition.

Commenting on the case Maricopa County Attorney Rick Romley said, “The conduct by Dr. Biskind is so outrageous it shocks the conscience.”

Three months after Herron’s death, Biskind attempted to abort the baby of a woman in her ninth month of pregnancy. The baby survived the attempt but suffered a fractured skull and cuts to her face. Incredibly pro-abortion groups have rallied to defend Biskind going so far as to set up a defense fund for him.
