VANCOUVER, July 4, 2001 (LSN.ca) – Notorious Vancouver abortionist Ellen Wiebe has been experimenting with aromatherapy to reduce anxiety in women undergoing abortions. A write-up of the study in the journal, Effective Clinical Practice (Jul-Aug 2000), showed that Wiebe had patients sniff either essential oils or hair conditioner for 10 minutes. However, there was no helpful effect found with the aromatherapy.

Pro-life observers wonder whether the women involved in the experiment are now tormented with the memory of the abortions every time they use conditioner. Post-abortion counselors have often noted that post abortive women are tortured by the memories of their abortions especially when they hear sounds associated with the procedure such as a vacuum.
