OTTAWA, July 28 (LifeSiteNews.com) – LifeSite has learned that Canada’s foremost homosexual activist group, Equality for Gays and Lesbians Everywhere (EGALE), has launched a campaign to promote homosexual marriage. Notably, the BC government’s application to the provincial Supreme Court was done in conjunction with EGALE. The group hosted an “Equal Marriage Forum” on July 8 and 9 where litigants, lawyers and experts decided to make the homosexual marriage campaign a nation-wide affair with EGALE at the centre.

EGALE is asking for homosexual couples to become plaintiffs demanding marriage. The group is seeking three to six poster couples whose marriage challenges will be completely funded by the radical homosexualist organization. The couples are asked to register for consideration by EGALE by August 4. EGALE says it is looking for homosexual couples “who are in committed long-term relationships and want to marry … couples who are comfortable with public speaking and feel solid in their relationship to stand up to the stress of a long-term legal action.”

The EGALE website notes that in addition to the marriage challenge in BC, “across the country, several court cases have been initiated calling for (homosexual) marriage.” The brief continues: “in Montreal, Michael Hendricks and Ren LeBoeuf have launched a challenge. In Ontario, both the City of Toronto and a group of six couples have made court applications.”
