RED DEER, AB, Mar 31 (Lifesitenews.com) – Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench Justice Suzanne Bensler ruled yesterday against a pedophiliac’s attempt to challenge child pornography laws using the Charter of Rights. “To say that the rights of a person’s personal expression of child pornography outweighs the right of protection and privacy of the child is contrary to fundamental justice,” Bensler wrote in her ruling against Kevin Lorne Valley who was charged with possession of child pornography, two counts of attempted sexual assault and committing an indecent act.
