BISMARK, ND, Aug 20 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Writing for the Bismark Tribune, columnist Cheryl Long Feather reported Wednesday that, “for American Indians abortion is a crime against nature.” Long Feather says that “it would be very difficult to find an American Indian person who truly knows and follows their culture who could be called ‘pro-choice’.” She explained “Natural family planning was practiced through the social culture. Husbands and wives did not have intimate relations while the mother was nursing. A woman’s choice was exercised in how long she chose to nurse.”
