Another remand for Mary Wagner

TORONTO, Ontario, October 26, 2012 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Mary Wagner received another remand, this time to November 8 at 10 a.m. via video, when she made an appearance by video Thursday morning at the Ontario Court of Justice at College Park from the Vanier Centre for Women where she is incarcerated. The upcoming hearing is scheduled at Finch Courthouse in Toronto.
Wagner faces charges of mischief and two counts of breaching probation related to her arrest at the “Women’s Care Clinic” abortion site on Lawrence Avenue West in Toronto August 15. The hearing will be part of continuing pre-trial deliberations. The Crown is opposing her release on bail. Wagner is being represented by Brantford lawyer Charles Lugosi.
