LONDON, Sept 3 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A propaganda campaign was launched in Britain today which claims to fight “homophobia”. Billed as the “first mass media campaign in the country to target homophobia,” the initiative is called: “It’s Prejudice That’s Queer.” The press release from THT attempted to steer clear of controversy by defining “homophobia” simply as “prejudice or   discrimination against lesbians and gay men.”

However, common definitions of homophobia include more. Michael Flood, a speaker pro-gay speaker on homophobia notes that “typical homophobic beliefs include the idea that homosexuality is unnatural, sick, perverse or dangerous, while heterosexuality is natural and normal.” Describing itself as “hard-hitting”, one ad set to be released in magazines, on public transport and on the screen, says “homophobes shouldn’t be left alone with kids.”
