BC CHILD PORN DECISION – ACTION ITEM

OTTAWA, Feb 1 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Pro-family forces across the country have reacted strongly to the BC Supreme Court decision to legalize the possession of child pornography.  However, leaders note that the ruling cannot be blamed solely on judge Duncan Shaw.  The primary responsibility lies with cowardly legislators who have, through the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, allowed judicial activism (particularly at the Supreme Court level) to run rampant and dictate Canadian law. The Canada Family Action Coalition is distributing a petition to be signed and returned to CFAC for presentation to parliament.
