(LifeSiteNews) — This week’s episode of The Bishop Strickland Show features a discussion of COVID treatments, the consecration of Russia, the mystery of the Incarnation, and a Mexican bishop who said politicians voting for legal abortion cannot receive the Eucharist.

Bishop Strickland urged Catholics to pray for the intercession of Mary as Pope Francis prepares to consecrate Russia and Ukraine to her Immaculate Heart on March 25. His Excellency said he would be joining the Holy Father in the consecration.

“I’m working to arrange so that I can have a Mass on March 25th to have this consecration locally, to join in the Holy Father, who’s doing it from Rome for the Universal Church. And I would encourage every individual diocese to join in this,” he said. “The more prayers we can offer, praying for the intercession of Mary and praying to Jesus Christ for repentance, for a change of heart, for what Lent is all about, the more prayers we can offer, the better.”
