LOS ANGELES, August 25, 2015 (LifeSiteNews) – Planned Parenthood provides “a lot” of “intact” aborted babies' bodies to biological researchers for harvesting and experimentation, the CEO of StemExpress confirmed in a new undercover video released this morning.

In a business luncheon recorded on May 22, StemExpress CEO Cate Dyer also says she believes that the sale of aborted babies' body parts has been “profitable” for the abortion industry which, if true, would indicate Planned Parenthood has committed a federal felony.

Dyer explains that once StemExpress has the desired organs, they ship them to academics institutions for use – something academics have found scarring at times, especially in cases of “intact” cadavers.

As in the preview video released last Friday, Dyer joked about the need to warn lab techs when a full baby's cadaver is being shipped back.“If you have intact cases, which we’ve done a lot, we sometimes ship those back to our lab in its entirety,” she said. “Tell the lab it's coming, so they don't open the box and” scream. “Their lab techs freak out and have meltdowns.”

“Academic labs cannot fly like that, they are just not capable,” Dyer says. “It's almost like they don't want to know where it comes from. I can see that.”

She says that she often receives instructions from scientists who experiment on aborted babies' that, “We need limbs, but no hands and feet need to be attached.”

“And I think, quite frankly, that's why researchers ultimately, some of them, get into a lot of other things.”

The biological research industry in general, and StemExpress in particular, prefers to receive babies as intact as possible to maximize the number of organs it can use in its research.

“The procurement for us…can go really sideways, depending on the facility, and then our samples are destroyed,” Dyer said, “so we started bringing them back” in their entirety “to manage it from a procurement expert standpoint.”

That, she said, is preferable to having Planned Parenthood perform dissections in house – something one Planned Parenthood official described as “fun.”

This arrangement is also beneficial for Planned Parenthood, as its officials have acknowledged in previous videos, as they are often paid based on the number of salvageable organs.

Dyer's words at times seem to contradict claims by Cecile Richards that Planned Parenthood does not illegally profit from the sale of fetal organs.

“Do you feel like there are clinics out there that have been burned, that feel like they’re doing all this work for research and it hasn’t been profitable for them?” Dyer asks at one point. “I don't see that, either. I haven’t seen that.”

Earning a profit from the sale of human fetal tissue is a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a $500,000 fine. Richards has repeatedly denied that her organization derives any financial benefit from the sale, but StemExpress and Planned Parenthood officials confirm on CMP videos that the sale generates “revenue diversification.”

The booming fetal organ market means StemExpress needs “another 50 livers a week,” Dyer says on today's video, which is nearly 10 minutes long. “I don't think you're gonna hit a capacity with us anytime in the next 10 years.”

“We’re working with almost like triple digit number of clinics,” Dyer explains to researchers with the Center for Medical Progress, “and we still need more.”

“Planned Parenthood has volume, because they are a volume institution,” performing a large number of abortions – more than 320,000 per year.

Dyer says this as an ally of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America. For Cecile Richards and “everyone at PPFA,” Dyer says, “you're either in the cause or you're not. And if you're not in the cause, they don't need you around.”

“They need champions, and if you're not a champion, then you should go,” Dyer says.

Dyer's frankness undermines Planned Parenthood's arguments that they are engaged in a “humanitarian undertaking” of fetal tissue donation, says the lead investigator on these recordings.

“StemExpress is the ‘weakest link’ that unravels Planned Parenthood’s baby parts chain,” says David Daleiden, Project Lead for CMP. “They readily admit the profit-motive that Planned Parenthood and their proxies have in supplying aborted baby parts.”

“Congress and law enforcement should immediately seize all fetal tissue files from StemExpress and all communications and contracts with Planned Parenthood,” he adds. “The evidence that Planned Parenthood profits from the sale of aborted baby parts is now overwhelming, and not one more dime of taxpayer money should go to their corrupt and fraudulent criminal enterprise.”
