LONDON, November 30, 2001 (LSN.ca) – The Human Reproductive Cloning Bill cleared the House of Commons Thursday only days after passing the House of Lords Monday. The ban on human reproductive cloning has been criticized since it does nothing to prevent human cloning but merely ensures that cloned human beings are killed before birth.
