OTTAWA, Dec 16 (LSN)  A report by a Federal/Provincial/Territorial Working Group on Prostitution recommends allowing prostitutes to open home-based brothels. The report was released yesterday by the Department of Justice, and according to today’s Toronto Sun, recommends that “interested municipalities and provinces” discuss with the federal government changing the law to allow “one or two” prostitutes to operate brothels in their homes. The report is called the “Report and Recommendations in respect of Legislation, Policy and Practices Concerning Prostitution-Related Activities.”
