WASHINGTON, December 13, 2002 (LifeSiteNews.com) – President Bush has signed executive orders preventing the federal government from discriminating against religious contractors under so-called “secular” regulations.  “The days of discriminating against religious groups just because they are religious are coming to an end,” Mr. Bush said. “Many acts of discrimination against faith-based groups are committed by executive branch agencies,” he said. “As the leader of the executive branch, I’m going to make some changes effective today.”  Washington liberals were outraged and refused to admit that the deliberate exclusion of applications on purely religious grounds in fact constitutes discrimination.  For full coverage see:  https://www.washingtontimes.com/national/20021213-84246578.htm
