It’s a nail biter this time. Just two days left and we are not even close – but much closer to our goal than a few days ago, thank you.
No one offered a large donation with a unique challenge to readers this time, as happened just before the last campaign.
And we did not receive a special matching large gift as we did for a few other campaigns.
Therefore extra special motivation to give a donation right away to keep this news service going has been a lot less this time compared to those past campaigns.
I don’t think we have been this far behind a campaign goal at this very late stage ever before.
However, I am not panicking or even all that nervous.
