WINDSOR, April 9, 2002 (LSN.ca) – Pro-life activist Earl Amyotte had 2 graphic signs depicting aborted babies confiscated by Canada Customs officers on Saturday. However, on Monday Amyotte was told that the signs were deemed not offensive and he could pick them up. However, Amyotte insisted that the, wrongly confiscated signs, be delivered to his home – which they were.

Canada Customs spokesman Danny Yen told the Windsor Star that the signs were reviewed Monday morning by a specialist in the area of obscenity. “They were deemed not to be obscene,” said Yen.
