CANADA SUPREME COURT TO HEAR CASE AGAINST SPANKING THIS JUNE

OTTAWA, May 20, 2003 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The Home School Legal Defence Association (HSLDA) has reported that the Section 43 Constitutional Challenge (Corporal Punishment Case) has been “fast tracked” by the Supreme Court of Canada.  The court has placed the case on the list for oral argument on Friday, June 6th.
