SASKATOON, Dec 8 (LSN) – The Catholic Organization for Life and Family, an organ of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops, issued a letter Thursday condemning the granting of a special, drastically reduced sentence to convicted “mercy killer, ” Robert Latimer. Archbishop Adam Exner, the Vancouver-based head of the organization said, “The court has sent a disturbing message that the life of someone with disabilities is worth less than that of others.”
