Editor’s note: The original version of this report stated that Sean Hartman died of a heart attack, however, this has yet to be confirmed by LifeSiteNews. As such, this article was updated on July 16, 2023.
(LifeSiteNews) –– An American pathologist has determined that the novel COVID-19 vaccine was responsible for the sudden death of a 17-year-old Canadian boy who passed away in the fall of 2021, according to the boy’s father.
On September 27, 2021, Sean Hartman, of New Tecumseth, Ontario, died at home only 33 days after getting his first Pfizer COVID-19 injection. Hartman was an avid hockey player and got the shots, said his father Dan, to be able to continue playing the sport he loved due to jab mandates being put in place by his local league.
In a recent social media video update, Dan said that American pathologist Dr. Ryan Cole confirmed his son died from the COVID shot after finding evidence of spike proteins present in his adrenal glands.
“I’ve been searching for truth and answers for my son, who died 33 days after his first Pfizer vaccine,” said Dan, in his video.

According to Dan, after his son died, he applied to Canada’s Vaccine Injury Support Program (VISP) but was “denied.”
“They said there is no proof the vaccine killed Sean. There’s also no proof that it didn’t. In order to appeal, I had to have new medical evidence. Thank God above and all you people who helped me, I do have that medical evidence,” noted Dan.
Dan said that Cole “studied Sean’s tissue samples and stained them to look for spike protein in his body where it shouldn’t have been.”
“There was quite a large amount found in Sean’s adrenal glands. The adrenal glands control your blood pressure. So, if Sean’s blood pressure dropped, he would have died,” he said.
Sean is said to have suffered from “multiple” health problems “immediately” after he got the jab. His problems included myocarditis, a form of heart inflammation.
Father of boy begs for help finding legal representation
Dan, since October of 2021, has been on a quest for truth seeking answers as to what happened to his son. Since that time the grief-stricken father has managed a Twitter account called “answers4sean” in an attempt to bring awareness to be happened to his family and to get “justice” for Sean.
“I have been strung along for so long by so many people who claim they will help me. I promise you, man, I’ll get you justice, I’m doing this on my own for my boy.”
Dan is adamant that the “vaccine killed my son.”
“Let’s not pretend it doesn’t happen. I know people can die from taking an Advil, a Tylenol, my son died from the vaccine. Can you please talk about it? Because when you don’t talk about it, it makes it look like you’re covering something up,” said Dan.
“Of course, my son died from the vaccine. I never doubted it for one minute. He was perfectly healthy, had no underlying conditions.”
Dan noted in his video that Cole is getting a “second opinion” to “prove it [his spike protein findings] with backup.”
Towards the end of this video, Dan said that he has until September 27, 2023, to file a lawsuit for “his boy” and is asking for help from “any lawyer out there in their heart to help me.”
“I have the report that says the vaccine killed my son. Please help me. God bless all of you. Thank you for all your support,” said an emotional Dan.
Sean got his Pfizer shot on August 25, 2021, and was admitted into hospital on August 29, after having suffered a bad reaction to the shot.
He had a rash all over his body, was prescribed Advil and sent home.
On September 27, Sean was found dead on the floor in his room by his mother. An autopsy said that Sean had signs of a “slightly enlarged heart,” but said his cause of death was “unascertained.”
Canada’s vaccine injury program has only paid out to 103 victims thus far
Canadian mainstream media throughout the COVID crisis barely mentioned the now well-known fact that the COVID jabs approved for use in Canada and elsewhere are all linked to possible, and sometimes even fatal, side effects.
According to studies, post-vaccination heart conditions such as myocarditis are well documented in those, especially young males, who have received the Pfizer jab.
Canada’s Vaccine Injury Support Program (VISP) was launched in December of 2020 after the Canadian government gave vaccine makers a shield from liability regarding COVID-19 jab-related injuries.
However, only 103 claims have been approved to date, out of 1,859, “where it has been determined by the Medical Review Board that there is a probable link between the injury and the vaccine, and that the injury is serious and permanent.”
Thus far, $6,695,716 has been paid out.
As reported recently by LifeSiteNews, there is evidence that the Canadian federal government under Prime Minister Justin Trudeau knew COVID shots caused serious injuries. However, to combat negative views about the vaccines, the government came up with “winning communication strategies” to convince the public to take the jabs.
Trudeau went as far as to scorn unvaccinated Canadians, saying those opposing his measures, such as banning the jab-free from flying, were of a “small, fringe minority” who held “unacceptable views” and did not “represent the views of Canadians who have been there for each other.”
Recently, 41-year-old Ross Wightman from British Columbia launched a lawsuit against AstraZeneca, the federal government of Canada, the provincial government of his province, and the pharmacy at which he was injected after receiving what he considers inadequate compensation from VISP.
Wightman received the AstraZeneca shot in April 2021 and shortly after became totally paralyzed. He was subsequently diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS).
