OTTAWA, March 31, 2004 ( – The Canadian Senate has still not completed Third Reading and final passage of Bill C-250, which had been expected to take place on Monday. Communications to the Senators have been flooding in the past few days from members of the public strongly opposed to the bill.  C-250 is on the order paper again today. That is, it is scheduled to be debated but may or may not actually receive Third Reading and final passage today.  Pro-family groups are urging all concerned Canadians to continue to flood the Senators and Liberal leader Paul Martin and Conservative leader Stephen Harper with calls and emails asking them to stop the bill.  Senators Contact info:   Prime Minister Paul Martin You can send your comments by e-mail to [email protected] or write or fax the Prime Minister’s office at:  Office of the Prime Minister 80 Wellington Street Ottawa K1A 0A2   Fax: 613-941-6900   Conservative Leader Stephen Harper 613-996-6740 Email – [email protected]   The Conservative leader is being encouraged to make immediate public announcement that he has asked Conservative members of the Senate to oppose C-250 as a danger to Canadians freedom of speech, freedom of religion and freedom of conscience and that both the House of Commons and The Senate committee hearings undemocratically excluded opponents of the bill from meaningfull participation.  ***************************************************  (c) Copyright: LifeSite Daily News, a production of Interim Publishing.  Permission to republish granted but acknowledgement of source   (use is *REQUIRED*
