VANCOUVER, BC, Mar 22 (Lifesitenews.com) – A news briefing from the British Columbia Medical Association reveals that in August the Federation of Medical Women of Canada (FMWC), an affiliate of the Canadian medical Association, gave an award to an abortionist. On August 29, FMWC gave abortionist Ellen Wiebe an award for “outstanding leadership.”

Wiebe is notorious in Vancouver for her work in developing and experimenting with M&M (Methotrox & Misoprostal) abortions. John Hof president of Campaign Life Coalition BC told LifeSite that Wiebe is an adamant pusher of the M&M “chemical coat-hanger.” Last June Wiebe teamed up with the pro-abortion Medical Students for Choice to force all medical students at the University of British Columbia to receive abortion training rather than having abortion offered as an elective.
