OTTAWA, March 25, 2003 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The Liberal government has once again delayed House of Commons debate and voting on the Assisted Human Reproduction Act Bill C-13. No debate on the matter was held today. It is also not expected tomorrow as the controversial gun registration program additional funding request and budget legislation have been given priority.
Evidence against C-13 is mounting even at this late date. However, the Liberals appear determined to force through the legislation which Members of Parliament have exposed as being riddled with major deficiencies and loopholes.
