LONDON, Ontario (LifeSiteNews) — A 22-year-old Canadian engineering student who was dragged out of class by cops because he was not vaccinated against COVID-19 says he is ready to fight his court summons.

On November 15, Western University student Harry Wade created an online frenzy after a video surfaced showing cops forcibly removing him from class due to his unvaccinated status.

However, this was not the first time Wade, who is against COVID jab mandates and has called out the safety of the jabs, was arrested by cops in class.

On November 11, police handcuffed him and gave him a court summons. The day before this, they spoke to him outside his classroom, as well.

Wade was expelled from Western University on November 18. He is also banned from attending any Ontario university for five years. His expulsion letter cited his non-compliance with the school’s COVID vaccination policy as the reason, according to a True North News report.

Since October 13, Western University has had a COVID jab mandate for its students and staff but does allow for religious or medical exemptions.

Wade said he was against disclosing his personal health information to attend his university and said he has not been jabbed.

According to Wade, as reported by True North News, some of his classmates had set up a system to tell him which days a special constable was not placed in front of the classroom, so that he could enter class.

However, as the video from November 15 shows, no one came to his defense that day, and Wade has not spoken to any of his former classmates since says True North News.

Wade said that as of now, he does not know what the “students have been told,” adding that students who aided him were told by the special constable that they could be found “culpable or receive their own charges for interfering with my arrest.”

“Since then I haven’t received any communication from the students that were helping me,” said Wade.

‘People are dying because of side effects from this vaccine,’ ousted student says

Wade in the True North News report called out the COVID jabs themselves, saying he does not know how “Canadians can continue to justify the vaccine as case numbers continue to rise,” even with “high vaccination rates.”

“People are dying because of side effects from this vaccine, where’s their apology,” said Wade. “I’m concerned that instead of having discussions about the efficacy of the vaccine, we’re going to start deflecting blame onto people that have already been excluded from society.”

Wade added that he does not know how it is possible that the unvaccinated are being accused of “rising case numbers of the disease.”

Despite this, Wade is optimistic that one day Western University made be offering him an apology: “When clearer heads prevail, I’m sure there will be some sort of acknowledgment of wrongdoing.”

Many do not want the COVID injections due to safety concerns surrounding the jabs. There have been reports of thousands of people who have developed tumors after getting their COVID shots.

The COVID-19 injections approved for emergency use in Canada, including the Pfizer jab for ages five and up, all have connections to cells derived from aborted babies.

Meanwhile, many Catholics and other Christians are opposed to the novel medical products because cell lines derived from aborted babies were used either in their development or their testing.

Despite the Canadian government praising the effectiveness of the COVID jabs, trials have never produced evidence that vaccines stop infection or transmission. In fact, they do not even claim to reduce hospitalization, but the measurement of success is in preventing severe symptoms of COVID-19.

Expelled student says school wanted to make an ‘example of me to intimidate other students’

Wade said he has concerns about COVID jab safety and efficacy, but noted he is also worried about people’s rights and freedoms.

“The focus is on me because they want to make an example of me,” said Wade, as reported by True North News, “to intimidate other students.”

Wade said that his “responsibilities are here” and that he is not looking at going to another school without a jab mandate.

“I have family here, and we are entrenched here,” said Wade. “As grim as the outlook may be, we feel like we can do a lot of help here, at least while my story is still relevant.”

Wade is now looking for work at a place that does not mandate the COVID shots, according to True North News.

In August, the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) released a 2021 Campus Vaccine Index intending to help students and their parents to see what type of COVID mandates each of Canada’s 61 public universities has.

The JCCF index found that around 65 percent of Canada’s public universities did not enact mandatory COVID jab policies at the start of the new school year.

However, this still leaves 35 percent that did mandate the COVID jabs.

The worst province for post-secondary school jab mandates is Saskatchewan, whose two main universities, the University of Saskatoon and the University of Regina, both instituted mandatory jab policies.

Ontario is next with 85 percent of its universities mandating the COVID shots for students and staff.

There is much evidence that vaccine mandates are a failed strategy for tackling COVID, according to a growing body of data.

Canada Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has mandated COVID-19 jabs for all federal public service workers. His government has also said that anyone in Canada without the jabs after November 30 will no longer be able to travel by air, sea, or train.

The JCCF has blasted Trudeau’s COVID-19 jab mandate for travel and work, likening it to what a “totalitarian society looks like.”
