OTTAWA, July 5 (LifeSiteNews.com) – An Access to information document obtained by the Toronto Sun newspaper reveals that Canadian taxpayers have been forced to pay over $65,000 since mid-April 1998 for condoms for jailed convicts. The paper also notes that the true figure is likely much higher considering not all prisons provided costs and selection criteria for condom use between April 1998 and Jan. 1, 2000.
