LEWISTON, ME, June 1 (Lifesitenews.com) – The state Department of Human Services (DHS) has threatened to rescind the license of a group home for mentally retarded adults since its owner and manager does not allow pornography and sexual activity in the institution. VANCOUVER, BC, May 31 (Lifesitenews.com) – Four-year-old Anna Rath was taken from her parents over four weeks ago and is being held by BC social workers on the basis of an unfounded accusation of sexual abuse against her father Jurgan Rath. Rath a Christian evangelical mission worker from Paris, who was asked to move with his family to BC to help provincial Christian ministries, was accused of abuse, apparently by a disgruntled acquaintance who threatened Rath with revenge. LEE COUNTY, Florida, May 31 (Lifesitenews.com) – Philip Allan Heim was charged with felony battery on a person over age 65, battery, and aggravated assault Friday after he assaulted two pro-life protesters who were praying quietly across the street from an abortuary. BRISBANE, Australia, May 28 (Lifesitenews.com) – A study by Australian researchers presented at the American Psychiatric Association’s annual meeting Thursday suggests some doctors have unconscious ill feelings toward their terminal patients. WASHINGTON, May 28 (Lifesitenews.com) – The Capital Research Centre (CRC) has warned that the controversial video, “It’s Elementary”, will begin airing on local PBS stations across the country next week. The film is aimed at young elementary school age children and promotes the acceptance of homosexuality.
