LONDON, July 28 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A government report released Wednesday, suggests that people who have had a sex change may be allowed to marry and inherit titles and property. The plans also include allowing public homosexual sex acts, in response to lobbying by homosexual activists for sex to be permitted in public washrooms and homosexual nightclubs. The Daily Telegraph quotes the Home Office report saying that “full legal recognition” for transsexuals, which would permit them to marry and legally adopt children, was a serious option for consideration.

Abortionist Martin Haskell launched a lawsuit against the State of Ohio Thursday to try to block enforcement of a new Ohio law that will ban partial birth abortions. The Indiana Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that doctors may be sued for failing to warn pregnant patients of possible birth defects and thus encouraging abortion. The court objected though to calling the suits “wrongful birth” suits.

PARIS, July 27 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Today, France’s Labour Minister Martine Aubry announced a bill to make abortion legal up to 12 weeks gestation.
