MEXICO CITY MAYOR PROPOSES ALLOWING MORE ABORTIONS

MEXICO CITY, Aug 15 (LifeSiteNews.com) – On Monday, Mayor Rosario Robles signed a bill that would decriminalize abortion for severe birth defects or if the mother’s life is at risk. The measure would also decrease the maximum penalty for procuring an illegal abortion from five to three years. The Mexico Legislature must still approve the proposal.
