100+ GIRLS UNDER 16 GIVEN MORNING AFTER PILLS IN MANCHESTER
MANCHESTER, England, Aug 9 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Over 100 girls under 16 have received abortifacient morning-after pills directly from pharmacists without a doctor’s prescription. The data comes from one test zone in Manchester, where various pharmacists have participated in a trial project since last December. While 122 of the requests come from girls under 16, the program received a total of over 3000 requests for the abortifacients. The BBC reports that if the pilot project is judged successful, it may be extended nationwide. For more see the BBC.
