October 17, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) — Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and Catholic running mate Sen. Tim Kaine enthusiastically celebrated the 100th anniversary of Planned Parenthood, America’s largest abortion provider.

Clinton praised the abortion company for the “care” it provides to millions.

She also tweeted a video highlighting Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and running mate Gov. Mike Pence’s opposition to funding the abortion giant and her support of it.

“I will defend our civil rights and our human rights, starting with a woman’s right to choose, and I will defend Planned Parenthood,” Clinton says to roaring applause in the video.

Kaine, who frequently touts his Jesuit education and “Catholic” values, wrote that he is “proud” to be on a ticket that supports abortion on demand.

For the first time in history, the Democratic party platform has called for taxpayers to fund abortion on demand with no limits at any time during pregnancy. It also calls for the U.S.-funded expansion of abortion overseas.
