(LifeSiteNews) — Tickets are now on sale for the 2024 Rome Life Forum in Exile to be held October 17-18 in Kansas City, Missouri.
The theme of the 2024 Rome Life Forum in Exile is “recovering from Modernism” and, as at all Rome Life Forums, there will be plenty of opportunities for like-minded Catholics to make new friends and connections and have the conversations that will undoubtedly bear fruit in the years to come.
This year’s speakers will be Bishop Joseph Strickland; LifeSiteNews Editor-in-Chief John-Henry Westen; professor emeritus Janet E. Smith; author and Mariologist Xavier Reyes-Ayral; British businessman and “Candace” podcaster George Farmer (husband of Candace Owens); and Father Michael Rodriguez, an El Paso priest who celebrates the Traditional Latin Mass.
As always, attendees are expected to take part fully in the discussions, particularly in the question-and-answer sessions, as colleagues. (That said, some of the most important exchanges may happen over meals!) Rome Life Forum attendees usually come from all over the world, and everyone has a unique perspective to share. Doing what can humanly be done to steer the Barque of Peter back on course is not the work of only a few but of as many of the faithful as are called to do it.
Why Kansas City? Being away from the U.S. so close to the presidential election was never going to be an option for a media organization like LifeSiteNews. At the same time, holding the Rome Life Forum in Exile stateside gives a wider variety of readers a chance to take part.
Kansas City, called the Paris of the Plains with its Berkley Riverfront Park, the Nelson-Atkins Art Museum, its festivals, championship sports teams and Midwestern hospitality, is a wonderful place to visit.
Meanwhile, the more, the merrier! If there’s someone you would like to sponsor so that he or she may attend the conference, our ticket purchasing page will allow you to buy his or her ticket.
