Be sure to read the full analysis of the Democrat's health care bill by Douglas Johnson of National Right to Life. It is an emphatic dose of much needed reality.

Professor Josef Seifert's letter to Hilary White, published by LSN yesterday, is more significant than perhaps many of our readers realize. The professor re-submitted a slightly updated version to us today, correcting a few grammatical and typing errors and adding some clarifications.

Although possibly difficult for many readers to follow, given the theological and academic depth of the letter, it is nevertheless well worth the effort to read through. The letter is an erudite and unusually frank defense of moral truth from an exceptionally faithful and courageous Catholic Christian. It is also a major development related to the series of disturbing actions by some Vatican related persons and agencies during the past year or more. See the updated letter.

There has been a very scary decision at the appeal court level in Poland where an $11,000 fine against a Catholic magazine for calling abortion “killing” was upheld. Such a court ruled prohibition of stating undeniable reality must be vigorously condemned. If allowed to stand, the freedom of all Polish citizens will be in danger. Be sure to see the strong condemnation of the ruling sent to us by a Polish Archbishop.

We also have signficant new information on the case of Lisa Miller, the former lesbian who left the lifestyle with a conversion to Christ.  The courts are attempting to force her to hand over custody of her biological daughter to her former lesbian partner.  And as you'll see, sworn affidavits from experts indicate they believe the child has shown signs of trauma from mandated visits to the former partner. Miller is now in hiding for the protection of her daughter – and this is happening in the United States of America!

And guess who is playing a benefit concert for the Terri Schindler Schiavo Foundation.  None other than Country music superstar Randy Travis – read all about it.
