OTTAWA, Nov 16 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Maureen McTeer, wife of federal Progressive Conservative leader Joe Clark and possible PC candidate in the next election, is showing herself to be more fiscally and morally liberal than the Liberal party. In a new book on new reproductive technologies called “Tough Choices: Living and Dying in the 21st Century,” McTeer calls for full public funding for fertility treatments.
McTeer argues that the only way to control the horrors of the new reproductive trade, such as the sale of the human reproductive materials sperm and ova, is to regulate and fully fund the procedure.
