TAMPA, Fla., Feb 8 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Circuit Judge Richard A. Lazzara sentenced a man found guilty of conspiring to force an abortion to 250 hours of community service, 10 months’ house arrest and 5 years probation. Nicholas William Griffin threatened a woman he impregnated by trying to force her to abort the baby. When the threats were ignored, Griffin had two friends attempt to blackmail the woman to abort by threatening to circulate a sex-video Griffin had made of their encounter.
The two men who conspired with Griffin to have his child killed, James Dunlap Allen III, 32, of Jacksonville; and Jeffrey Scott Allen, 30, of Winston-Salem, N.C., were each given 5 years probation.
