In the Henry Morgentaler story, we reported that “abortuaries, including Morgentaler’s, have no qualms about performing abortions up to and including the ninth month of pregnancy.” Morgentaler has never admitted to aborting babies of this age. He has, however, readily admitted to killing babies at the 28th week of development. Furthermore, there is nothing in Canadian law impeding the abortion of babies up to and including the ninth month of pregnancy.
