KANSAS, February 23, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Wednesday that Kansas can’t ax Medicaid funds to abortion giant Planned Parenthood.

Several states moved to prevent Planned Parenthood from receiving taxpayer funds after the Center for Medical Progress videos revealed the company’s role in the fetal body parts trade.

Wednesday’s ruling upholds another judge’s 2016 ruling that temporarily stopped Kansas from defunding Planned Parenthood.

Planned Parenthood Great Plains, the local abortion affiliate that is the most impacted by this decision, called the judge’s ruling a “huge win.”

In August 2017, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit ruled Arkansas can defund Planned Parenthood, after a two-year legal fight.
