CHICAGO, Nov 5 (LSN) – The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago ruled on November 3 that a Wisconsin law banning partial birth abortion was unconstitutional.  The judges ruled in favour of Planned Parenthood and six abortionists who challenged the law, saying that unclear wording in the law could result in doctors fearing to perform any abortion procedure.
