PHOENIX, Aug 25 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A Maricopa County Superior Court judge, acting in the role of parent for a 14-year-old and 23-week pregnant girl, has ordered an out of state abortion. The girl,  a ward of the state, must be taken out of state to abort her baby since Arizona laws prohibit most abortions beyond 20 weeks. The court’s ruling violates state laws which forbid   taxpayers’ monies to be spent on abortions since the Department of EconomicSecurity has agreed to pay for the procedure and transportation.
