MENLO PARK, San Francisco, May 5 (LSN) – Last Friday, a US Court of Appeals ruled that Menlo Park City Council, by prohibiting pro-life protesters from carrying signs depicting aborted children, stood “the First Amendment on its head.” Pro-lifers Rossi Foti and David Larsen successfully appealed the decision of the city to limit their free speech. Appellate Judge Michael Daly Hawkins in rendering the decision noted that the city's actions violated the constitution.
