NEW YORK, May 11 (LSN) – The New York Supreme Court ruled last Thursday that Maureen Kass cannot be implanted with frozen embryos she conceived with her husband before the couple were divorced. The father, Steven Kass, does not want to have a child with his ex-wife.  According to The Washington Post, the court noted that “tens of thousands of frozen embryos are stored in liquid hydrogen across the United States, some for more than 10 years with no instructions for their disposal.”
