ORLANDO, Florida (LifeSiteNews) – Renowned internist and cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough delivered a scorching seven-minute speech at CPAC 2022 in Orlando, Florida, dismantling the ongoing worldwide response to COVID-19 and calling for a review of the injury-inducing COVID jabs.
As far as the virus poses a threat to mankind, the “crisis is over,” the physician said.
“We’ve had two years of this and I can tell you as a citizen and as a doctor, I have been disappointed, very disappointed,” McCullough opened as he addressed the packed audience at Saturday’s event.
The doctor noted five major points which he said he has learned about the virus throughout the crisis and which have led him to determine that “the pandemic is effectively over.”
Turning the tide on COVID’s effect has been natural immunity, especially that acquired by recovering from infection with the virus, McCullough said. This natural immunity “gives them robust and durable protection from serious outcomes of a second infection,” he noted, adding that prior infection has been useful against the omicron variant in particular which “broke through natural immunity.”
Quizzing the audience on their exposure to the virus, McCullough determined that around 70 percent of conference attendees had suffered an infection, citing this statistic as evidence of herd immunity and that they are “safe…secure, you are free to go about and live your life with no restrictions, no mandates, no encumbrances.”
“For you, this pandemic is effectively over,” he stated to rapturous applause.
“Because there are so many of you and so many of us who have been through the illness, the emergency phase of this pandemic is over. The emergency is gone. The crisis is resolved,” McCullough continued.
The physician, who is the world’s most cited authority on early treatment of COVID, acknowledged that there will be some “residual cases” in which the coronavirus proves problematic, but remained confident that “skilled doctors will be able to handle these cases with now an array of effective therapeutics that we have at our disposal.”
People of goodwill can disagree about the safety, efficacy and religious implications of a new vaccine for the coronavirus.
But, everyone should agree on this point:
No government can force anyone who has reached legal adulthood to be vaccinated for the coronavirus. Equally, no government can vaccinate minors for the coronavirus against the will of their parents or guardians.

Fear of a disease - which we know very little about, relative to other similar diseases - must not lead to knee-jerk reactions regarding public health, nor can it justify supporting the hidden agenda of governmental as well as non-governmental bodies that have apparent conflicts of interest in plans to restrict personal freedoms.
The so-called "public health experts" have gotten it wrong many times during the current crisis. We should not, therefore, allow their opinions to rush decision-makers into policies regarding vaccination.
And, while some people, like Bill Gates, may have a lot of money, his opinion and that of his NGO (the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation) - namely, that life will not return to normal till people are widely vaccinated - should not be permitted to influence policy decisions on a coronavirus vaccination program.
Finally, we must also not allow the rush by pharmaceutical companies to produce a new coronavirus vaccine to, itself, become an imperative for vaccination.
Unwitting citizens must not be used as guinea pigs for New World Order ideologues, or Big Pharma, in pursuit of a vaccine (and, profits) which may not even protect against future mutated strains of the coronavirus.
And it goes without saying that the production of vaccines using aborted babies for cell replication is a total non-starter, as the technique is gravely immoral.
However, if after sufficient study of the issue, a person who has reached the age of majority wishes to be vaccinated with a morally produced vaccine, along with his children, that is his business.
But we cannot and will not permit the government to make that decision for us.

McCullough also noted that there is “negligible asymptomatic spread” of the virus. Accordingly, he condemned the widespread testing put in place by worldwide governments, which subjected their populations to indiscriminate testing for COVID-19.
“There should have never been any asymptomatic testing of large groups of people done on a routine basis. That means students, employees, people traveling were unnecessarily tested. The FDA [Food and Drug Administration] does not clear any of the tests for this. The World Health Organization says ‘Don’t do it.’ And none of the regulatory bodies endorse it. Testing is reserved for only acutely symptomatic individuals. That’s it. We have to follow the clearance of these testing products for that reason.”
Placing a final emphasis on the current crop of abortion-tainted COVID inoculations, McCullough highlighted the dangers associated with their use as well as their inability to effectively combat the virus they were designed to neutralize.
The Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson-developed shots, he said, “are not sufficiently safe enough, nor are they effective enough, to have mandated upon us in our lives.”
“Over a million Americans have been injured as a result of COVID-19 vaccination, and sadly, thousands have died afterwards,” McCullough informed the crowd.
“We deserve, and have always deserved, a full, fair, and thorough external safety review of the vaccines.”
But “we haven’t had it,” he lamented, criticizing the “stakeholders in Washington who have had governance over our pandemic response” as having “failed miserably in vaccine safety and efficacy and the path forward.”
In a final exhortation to the crowd, McCullough said individuals have a “circle of medical freedom” that they control. “Don’t let the circle of medical freedom get broken or fractured” or “everything else will fracture,” he warned.
“You cannot have something forced into your body against your will, whether it be a pill or an injection, or any other medical procedure. The decision is in your hands … Take it, and together let’s close out this crisis.”
