TORONTO, May 17 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Dr. Laura Schlessinger, the most popular radio-show host in North America, has responded to her censure by the Canadian Broadcast Standards Council (CBSC)  which was made public last week. The CBSC accused Dr. Laura of discrimination against homosexuals. Schlessinger refuted the accusations that her use of the terms disordered and biological error to describe homosexual sex were unfounded. “My perspective of the biology of homosexuality is informed by a PhD in physiology from Columbia University,” said Dr. Laura.  “This degree entitles me to state the obvious: Homosexuality is a deviation from the biological norm of heterosexuality.”

Moreover Dr. Laura tied her views to her religious beliefs. “As an Orthodox Jew, I believe that same-sex sexual behaviour is incompatible with Biblical scripture.”

In related news Proctor & Gamble, a huge US company, has decided to stop advertising on Dr.  Laura’s program in response to the CBSC censorship.
