December 8, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) – Macy's no longer donates to or matches employee donations to abortion giant Planned Parenthood, the corporate watchdog group 2ndVote announced Wednesday.

2nd Vote credited the victory to pro-life customers who expressed their concerns to Macy's, calling it “Another 'Miracle on 34th Street' at Macy's.”

After the Planned Parenthood baby parts trafficking scandal, AT&T, Coca-Cola, Ford, and Xerox publicly distanced themselves from the abortion company.

Macy's maintains a score of 100 on the Corporate Equality Index of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), which advocates for same-sex “marriage” and against religious liberty. Macy's was a sponsor of their 2016 dinner and is a “bronze” level HRC corporate partner. However, Macy's is also a corporate partner of the Salvation Army, which supports man-woman marriage but provides “domestic-partner benefits” to same-sex partners as required by law.

2nd Vote called Macy's withdrawal of Planned Parenthood funding “a great (early) Christmas present.”
