WASHINGTON, D.C., January 28, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) – In comments sent exclusively to LifeSiteNews, Carly Fiorina's presidential campaign is responding to calls that she be indicted alongside David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt for boldly speaking out about their undercover videos of Planned Parenthood.
On Monday, a grand jury in Texas indicted investigators with the Center for Medical Progress for using false identification and attempting to purchase human organs.
On Tuesday March Stech, the communications director for the pro-abortion political action committee EMILY's List, tweeted:

The same day Bob Krause, who hopes to run as the Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate in Iowa against Chuck Grassley, tweeted:

“It tells you everything you need to know about the extreme position of the Democrats on life. And how scared they are of a candidate like Carly Fiorina who exposes their lies,” Anna Epstein, Carly Fiorina's press secretary, told LifeSiteNews.
Fiorina had previously said it is “so typical of the Left to immediately begin demonizing a messenger because they don’t agree with the message.”
The Harris County indictments are for the investigators' use of phony IDs and do not imply any falsification of the videos, which caught Planned Parenthood officials discussing the harvesting and sale of aborted babies' body parts and tissue. Two independent analyses, including one underwritten by Planned Parenthood by a left-wing public relations firm, found that the videos' edits removed only “irrelevant” material.
However, Planned Parenthood has maintained that the videos are deceptively edited to present the abortion industry in a negative light.
After Fiorina cited the videos during a Republican debate on CNN last September, abortion proponents began to take aim at her.
“I dare Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama to watch these tapes. Watch a fully formed fetus on the table, it's heart beating, it's legs kicking,” Fiorina said last fall.
Opponents said the video contained no such scene, due to the video's use of stock footage – something that led the Center for Bio-Ethical Reform to release the full, unedited video of the abortion in question to prove Fiorina was right.
Her strong debate performances, and the dust-up over the videos, led Fiorina to rally in the polls.
It also led Planned Parenthood supporters to show up at Fiorina's campaign events, throwing wrapped condoms at her.
“You can scream and throw condoms at me all day long,” she said during her keynote speech at the 2016 March for Life last Friday. “You won’t silence me.”
“You don’t scare me,” she added. “I have battled breast cancer. I have buried a child. I have read the Bible. I know the value of life.”
The former Hewlett-Packard CEO will participate in this evening's Republican presidential debate on Fox News – the last before the Iowa caucus on Monday – at 7 p.m. Eastern time.
She also offered to donate $2 million to veterans causes if Donald Trump, who is skipping tonight's main debate over its choice of moderators, would agree to debate.
