MONROE, Louisiana (LifeSiteNews) – Dr. Anthony Fauci must turn over his communications with Big Tech companies, a federal judge ruled Tuesday, as part of an ongoing lawsuit concerning the role government officials played in getting social media corporations to suppress content.
Judge Terry Doughty ordered Fauci, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and specific Department of Health and Human Services officials to provide external communications with Big Tech platforms in response to a lawsuit from Missouri, Louisiana and a handful of medical experts who have been censored by Big Tech platforms.
The first batch of emails released as part of the lawsuit found that Biden officials and Big Tech met regularly to discuss what to censor. One email from a Facebook employee to two Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) staffers asked about setting up a monthly “misinfo/debunking” meeting “in addition to our weekly meetings.” Facebook officials deleted a parody Fauci account on Instagram after a White House official named Clarke Humphrey complained.
Judge Doughty also ruled in favor of the plaintiffs to obtain further emails from a host of government agencies that allegedly worked with Big Tech. “These allegedly include the State Department, the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”), the Census Bureau, the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, the U.S. Treasury Department, and the Federal Bureau of Investigations,” Doughty ruled.

The plaintiffs include a handful of medical experts known for being contrarians on COVID lockdowns, masks and vaccines. The New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA) “represent[s] renowned epidemiologists and co-authors of the Great Barrington Declaration, Drs. Jayanta Bhattacharya and Martin Kulldorff, as well as Dr. Aaron Kheriaty and Jill Hines,” in the lawsuit. “Social media platforms, acting at the federal government’s behest, repeatedly censored NCLA’s clients for articulating views on those platforms in opposition to government-approved views on Covid-19 restrictions,” a news release stated.
“This insidious censorship was the direct result of the federal government’s ongoing campaign to silence those who voice perspectives that deviate from those of the Biden Administration,” the NCLA stated. “Government officials’ public threats to punish social media companies that did not do their bidding demonstrate this linkage, as do emails from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to social media companies that only recently were made public.”
“Up until this point, the Department of Justice has refused to cooperate with our requests for discovery from top officials in the Biden Administration under the guise of ‘executive privilege.’ Today, the Court entered an order that requires that the federal government turn over the records we’ve long requested,” Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt wrote in a statement. “The American people deserve answers on how the federal government has colluded with social media companies to censor free speech on these major platforms. We will continue to fight to uncover more of this vast censorship enterprise.”
LifeSiteNews emailed the National Institutes of Health and the HHS general press emails on Thursday morning to ask for comments on the ruling, but no response was received. LifeSiteNews asked if Fauci had ever met with Big Tech officials to discuss suppressing information contrary to his position on vaccines, masks, the lab-leak theory or any other COVID information.

Australian PM Scott Morrison is the latest leader to express support for a “pandemic treaty”.
The stated intention of the WHO is to “kickstart a global process to draft and negotiate a convention, agreement or other international instrument under the Constitution of the World Health Organization to strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.”
The wheels are already in motion, with the Biden administration officially proposing the initial steps towards handing global pandemic control to the WHO.
Biden's representatives have submitted amendments to the WHO's International Health Regulations (IHR), which would give the Director General the right to declare health emergencies in any nation, even when disputed by the country in question.
These amendments, which would be legally binding under international law, will be voted on by the World Health Assembly (the governing body of the WHO) at a special convention running from May 22-28 and set the stage for a fully-fledged pandemic treaty to be passed.

"We know it will take all of us working together across governments, private sector, philanthropy, academia, and civil society to make rapid progress towards a long-term solution for these complex problems," the U.S. statement added.

Facebook and FBI worked to suppress Hunter Biden stories
The ruling and discovery emails are the latest proof that Big Tech companies have worked with the government to suppress conservative or alternatives views. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently told Joe Rogan that Facebook suppressed stories about Hunter Biden’s laptop after he met with FBI officials.
“Basically, the background here is the FBI, I think, basically came to us — some folks on our team and was like, ‘Hey, um, just so you know, like, you should be on high alert,’” Zuckerberg told Rogan. “There was the — we thought that there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election. We have it on notice that basically there’s about to be some kind of dump of — that’s similar to that. So just be vigilant.’”
The New York Times and The Washington Post belatedly verified the authenticity of the contents of the laptop, but not until after Big Tech censored the story and not until after the 2020 presidential election.
