Stephanie A. Marshall is now CEO of Planned Parenthood of Collier County, Florida, on the state's Gulf coast.
According to the Naples News, the public relations professional “created and directed the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services pandemic flu planning and preparedness public education campaign. She also served as deputy campaign manager for the national Medicare prescription drug education program.”
She was also communications director for First Lady Michelle Obama's “Let’s Move” initiative to boost child exercise rates.
Michelle Obama said in 2010 she launched the anti-obesity program, because “the physical and emotional health of an entire generation and the economic health…is at stake.”
